It was the day when my first son was born. I felt undescribed happiness. In the meanwhile, i realized the meaning of being a father.
My mother used to tell me when i was in high school, Mina, one day you will marry and given sons, then you would know how darling you are to me. You will never get that feelng till you are given a son.
Before the birth of my son, i got into hallucination for almost one year. Suddenly i felt as if i would have a heart attck. I visitet the doctor twice every day, he confirmed nothing wrong with me and i was very fine. “Oh my god” doctor said when i visited him more and more to complain of the feeling of high blood pressure, he tested and it was normal.
My mind never stopped thinking, i felt as if i were awaken 24 hours. The matter bgan to change into truth. My blood pressure reached 180/110, docotor was about to cry” he expresses that” when he tested it. He said, Mina you are the only one who put yourself in this situation. He transferred me to a cardiologist who confirmed that i had palpitation. Although he made all tests and confirned i was very perfect organically, i was still feeling tired. This was because of illusion.
Every thing disappeared, no more hallucination, no more illusion once my son was born. I only thought about him and cared for him too much. I am in a very well condition now and happy with my family.
When we were in preparatory grade, we had a teacher whom name was Nabil. He was teaching us science subject.
He used to close the door of the class once he entered and greeted us. This was happening every day.
Later on, he began forgetting to close the door as he used to. The first student on the first desk was sitting there his name was Beshoy.
Beshoy our colleague, used to close the door instead of the teacher. Mr. Nabil was happy because Beshoy began closing the door of the class everyday, and after closing, Mr. Nabil was telling him “Bravo Beshoy” and ” Bravo Beshoy“.
One day Mr. Nabil entered the class and as usual Beshoy directly went and closed the door. Mr. Nabil forgot to tell as usual “Bravo Beshoy” and “Bravo Beshoy“, suddenly the colleague sitting beside Beshoy, loudly told “Bravo Beshoy” and “Bravo Beshoy“, he siad it the same sound and the same way Mr. Nabil used to say. Here, 25 students in the class laughed loudly and the teacher was very happy and again said “Bravo Beshoy“, Bravo Beshoy“

There are many reasons a potential seller will not list even though they know they should and, in some distress cases must, sell. If you are considering selling we would love the opportunity to do a quick preview to see if your home fits the Jordan’s needs.” The next thing you do is walk the neighborhood on the weekends and talk to anyone you see on the streets. Ask them if they know of anyone who has been talking about selling. And lastly, get your request on Craigslist in the property wanted area and renew the ad as often as you can until that buyer finds a home.
Not only does this program work to support your buyer needs, it also gives you more insight into specific areas and knowledge about homes that may be available for future buyers. Below is an example of a postcard I just sent for a local Tucson agent. Don’t forget to partner up with your favorite vendors, especially lenders who have a mortgage insurance program like Nova Home Loans here in Tucson. It is great for them to get their refinance message out on your postcards.
I have also used this buyer marketing program to help agents who want to raise their average sales price and target higher end homes. All you need is one qualified buyer interested in that price range and you can get started. If you don’t work with those buyers, here is how you can start. Borrow listings from your brokerage agents and sit them open, advertise them and get them online with your contact information. Use sites to get them syndicated, on Craigslist and pushed out through social media. It is free and you will reach the audience interested in the price range you are targeting. Lastly, market your “Home Wanted” buyer program to all buyers to show them what you will do for them that most agents are not currently doing. You can place your ads for this program in the homes section of the newspaper and build a landing page on your website for them to learn more about your program. Buy a domain that reflects this program and have it land on the page related to it. Example

We all have our great listing marketing plans because it is easy to define which activities we should be doing to get a home sold but we don’t always understand it takes just as much marketing and strategy to support the needs of your buyers. Give your buyers the WOW factor by implementing the “House Wanted” marketing plan for every buyer you work with.
This is how it works; you have a pre-qualified buyer (very important to pre-qualify) who is looking for a home in a specific area and you want to find every possible home available for that buyer to see. Every property in your area is available at some given time, you may stumble upon a few owners who are interested in selling but not interested in going through the listing and marketing process. They would be happy to let you preview the home for your qualified buyer but not ready for a sign on the lawn. This process opens the door for your buyers to have more buying options.
